~Due to the processing of each order, We do not accept refunds. Each item is custom made to your sizing. Please be sure to measure and give correct sizes when ordering. If you are unsure on how to measure please contact us (email@example.com) and we will gladly help you figure out sizing details.
~We are not responsible for any damaged packages on delivery. Please contact your USPS with your tracking number.
~If a product is not what it was described in your order YES we will gladly exchange for a new product of the same item. Must contact with 2 days of receiving order. Product must be shipped back to Hook It Up Crochet & Designs. Once we receive product we will verify and decide if product is not what you ordered. Item will only be exchanged not refunded.
